Screen Printing Press Operator
Rockford Art Deli is a fast-growing screen printing and retail shop. From 10am-6pm on Monday through Friday, we make custom apparel for an array of amazing clients along with printing our own items to sell in the retail space.
We’re looking for a Screen Printing Press Operator to help enhance our printing team, efficiently printing thousands of t-shirts a week for high-profile local and national clients. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

As a Press Operator at Rockford Art Deli, you’re how we make our customers happy. You’re the backbone of the entire operation. You won’t just take orders – you’ll work collaboratively with the entire team to figure out the best way to print. This is a job with independence and responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exposing & reclaiming screens
- Setting up and running print jobs on an automatic & manual press
- Helping manage a daily print schedule
- Mixing Pantone inks
- Overseeing fulfillment requirements as needed
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Learning and teaching - You’ll be cross-trained on new machines regularly and gain more experience to grow your career
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in screen printing
- Knowledge of various printing techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Team player mentality
DETAILS
- Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm
- Opportunities for OT
- Occasional weekend events/off-site live printing events

RAD Retail Associate
Rockford Art Deli is a fast-growing screen printing and retail shop. From 10a to 6p on Monday through Friday, we make custom apparel for an array of amazing clients along with printing our own items to sell in the retail space. We give back 1% of our gross sales to local environmental nonprofits through 1% For the Planet.
We’re looking for a Part Time Retail Associate to help enhance our retail team, giving amazing customer service and keeping the shop looking great. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

As a Retail Associate at Rockford Art Deli, you’re the face of the brand. You’re a key part of helping customer find their next favorite RAD garment. You won’t just be folding shirts all day – you’ll work collaboratively with the entire team to figure out the best way show off the garments and make the shop sparkle. This is a job with independence and responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Front counter duties, including but not limited to : ringing customers up, helping customers find items, having knowledge of boutique products, answering the phone, taking quotes
- Keeping the shop clean & organized on a nightly basis, straightening / folding / hanging / vacuum / sweep
- Create displays throughout the boutique on a weekly basis
- Handle money from both boutique & custom printing customers
- Open &/or close the store on any given day
- Occasionally help count & fold custom jobs when needed
- Inventory boutique items properly & put into store
- Occasionally work events outside of or later than normal RAD hours
- Social media assistance for boutique
DETAILS
- Monday - Saturday: 10am - 6pm / Sunday: 12pm-4pm
- Part time hours will vary - Late mornings / Afternoon / Nights / Weekends
- RAD work environment

- $13-$15 Hr Starting
